The Honorable Board of County C~mmi~sioners met in regular session wi th all members!li
present. ,,' I
Mrs. Art t'Jlson, Mrs. Helmer Johnson, Mrs. Geo. Tracey am Mrs. Frankie Glenn appeted
and requested toat the road in to the Nord1and Garden Club meeting be opened through to I
the neat road. The Board members informed them that next year when the road equipment .
is on tho Island, the matter will be considered. Ii
A letter w~s received from the Nordland Garden Club stating they were opposed to II
billboards on Marrowstone Island. They requested that present billboards be removed I
from County property. No action taken. I

IT IS HEREBY RESOI.VED BY 'l'HE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it 1.8 their intention to
surface with Bituminous plant Mix l2.2 miles of the Upper Hoh Road in Western Jefferson
County, County Road No. 216.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. C-439 adopted 16th May 1960 is hereby
declAred null and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there 10
hereby appropriated SUMS in the following detail:
