The Honorable Board
present .'
An Order 01' Sale for County property was signed by the Board members for December
9th, 1960 at 10:00 A. M.
Various taxpayers appeared before the Board and diocUBssed matters pertaining to
roads in their districts.
The Board members proceeded to view several roads under discussion.

Monday, November 21, 1960.
The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all
members present.
)tr. Harry A. Cotton appeared relati ve to the Plat ot Ocean Grove Estates whi ch was
set tor proliminary hearing at this time. Notices were posted and publication made in
accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Mr. Jack U. Wright appeared for
Balch Land Development Company.
No objections were received, and Mr. Cotton was advised that as soon as streets and
ditching and culverts meet the Engineer's speCifications, the plat will be accepted by
the ioard. '
Mr. Harry Cotton requested the County to make a survey for a road from Glen Cove to
Irondale. The Engineer agreed the survey will be made.
A letter of appreciation was received froll Rhododendron Grange No. l137 for help in
restoring the Gardiner Cometery.
