An Order 01' Sale for County property was signed by the Board members for December 9th, 1960 at 10:00 A. M. The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members present. )tr. Harry A. Cotton appeared relati ve to the Plat ot Ocean Grove Estates whi ch was set tor proliminary hearing at this time. Notices were posted and publication made in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Mr. Jack U. Wright appeared for Balch Land Development Company. No objections were received, and Mr. Cotton was advised that as soon as streets and ditching and culverts meet the Engineer's speCifications, the plat will be accepted by the ioard. ' Mr. Harry Cotton requested the County to make a survey for a road from Glen Cove to Irondale. The Engineer agreed the survey will be made.
