WHEREAS, it appears tobhe Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
ot the State of Washington. that it is to the best interests of said
County and the people thereof. that the hereinafter described real estate,
lands, and premises acquired and owned by said County. by virtue of Tax
Foreclosures, sales, etc., should be sold - on December 9, 1960:
