The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session this day with all members present. . Mr. w. E. Seton of Cascade Cedar Company and Mr. Harold Pederson of P & L Logging Co~, appeared and agreed to divide the bid for removing logs on the right of way ot Coyle il Road (Co. Road proj. #20;) in Sedion 26 and 35 T. 27 N R 1 W., W. M., and will pay the County Road Deparmment .250.00 each. I , A notice was received that liquor license issued \0 Nina Hathaway and Guy Erwin ;. Hathaway, d/b/a Upper Hoh Store and cabins, Upper Hoh Road, P. O. Box 476 Forks, has bee~ transferred to Philip Sidney Whittemore, dlb/a Westward Hoh, Dec. 26, 1960.: Mr. Harry A. Cotton appeared before the Board regarding the Ocean Groves Estates plat. A revised plat will be presented January 6th, which meets with approval of the Board for changes. . ~nutes of the last regular session were read and approved as read. The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met ill regular session with all members ,I prestint. Notices were received from the Department of Natural Resources that the County's share of money received for .'easements were as follows: Right of way over NiNE; and SE~NEt Sec. 10; 11 SI~of Sec. Kidd was sworn in as County Clerk for the two year unexpired term. :, The Board of County Commissioners was reorganized and upon motion made by Lyall Are~:, seconded by George Huntingford, Bertil Kruse was appointed Chairman of the Board for the;i ensuing term.
