The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in "regular session with
all, members present. ' : . \
A call for bids was made for one automobile- 1961 model - 4 door sedan equalling
in quality - Chevrolet "Bel Air", Ford "Fairlane 500"i or Plymouth"Bel vedere", for
County Engineer Department, to be opened April 3, 196 at 10:30 A. ,M. ~
.Lyall Arey made a motion, seconded by, George Huntingford, that the fire protection
on the Courthouse be increased to cover 1400,000.00
The County Engineer made a preliminary report on the proposed enlargement of the
Courthouse parking lot and it was accepted by the Board.
The members conferred with various residents of the County and county officials.
Recess at 4:00 p.m.
Monday, March 20, 1961.
The Honorabla Board met in regular session with all members present.
An application, for tranfer of liquor license BCEF from Anne Gertrude Judge d/b/a
Geoduck Tavern to Edith Jean Dalgleish and Andrew C. .Dalgleish, d/b/a Geoduck Tavern,
Brinnon, was approved by ,the Board.
A notice was received that William Robert Fullerton d/b/a Ruby Beach Resort, Route 1
Clearwater, has discontinued licensed operations and submi,ttedhis license t.o State
Liquor Board office.
No further business appearing the members proceeded to view several county roads
with the County Engineer, and recesse'd to meet in regular s'ession on Monday, April .3,
