A notice was received from the State Liquor Board stating the application for Class I E license for John B. Wike, Hoh Camp, Forks, Wash., was disapproved due to proximity to; a school. : A notice was also received stating Becker's Ocean Resort, Inc., d/b/a Kalaloch Beach Oeean Resort, Route 1, Kalaloch, have discontinued licensed operations at the above . location and submitted their license to the State. The Department of Natural Resources notified the County that the County's share of money from Gus Wyckoff for rental due on forest land lease #5533 would be $16.00; the County's share of money received from James D. Shaw for removal of timber under right- of-wqy '26458 would be $180.80; and the County's share of money received from George Stratton for removal of materials would be $86.60. ' The members of the Board countod the cash in the Treasurer's office and fOlmd the amount of $765.28 to be correct for cash on hand. The Treasurer's report was signed. For the purpose of rebuilding a concrete bridge across the Willoughby Creek on the Upper Hoh Road inthe West End, Lyall Arey made a motion, seconded by George Huntingford that the Engineer be given authority to proceed in the matter. In the Matter of County Road No. 216, The Upper Hoh Road ) Resolution to construct a concrete bridge ) across Willoughby Creek IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to cons ruct a 60 foot prestressed concrete bridge across Willoughby Creek on the Upper Hoh Road in Western Jefferson County, County Road No. 216. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail: ' Gas Tax Funds Loc. Engr. Right of Way Items of work: Day Labor & Material 10.000.00 10.000.00 Contract 10.000.00 10.000.00 Constr. Engr.
