This being the t1.me set for the continuation of the hearing on fonning PubU c Hoap;t.tk
~'strict No.2, it being shown that petitions filed April 3, 1961 were not in proper form,
Lyall Arey made a motion, seconded by George Huntingford to cancel the old petitions for,:
the formation of the district at this time. Motion carried., .
Mr. Kenneth Wilson of the Hospital Advisory Committee flIed a new petition with
7fJ7 signatures. The Board fixed the date, of June 5th, at io:oo A. M., for the time of "
hearing said petition, and signed the Order Fixing Time, upon motion by George Huntingford,
seconded by Lyall Arey. .

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF OOUNTY C01vlMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to improve by raising the grade qf l200 feet of the Upper Hoh Road preparatory to the
placing of rip-rap for flood con~rol by the U. ~. Army Corps of' Engineers
BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the followi~g detail:
