Mr. J. F. Palmer appeared and registered a complaint that garbage from the Port Townse4d
garbage dump is littering his beach at Cape George. Lyall Arey made a motion that the if

the Stato. Goorge Huntingford seconded the motion, and the Engineer informed them in abo~t
