Monday, October 2, 1961.
The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all
members present.
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Strand of South Point. appeared before the Board and made appli-
cation for a dance license for the South Point Tavern. Upon motion made by Lyall Arey,
seconded by George Huntingford, the license \OlaS granted. ..
A notice was received from the Department of Natural Resources. stating the County's
share of money received from Ollie Stamper for rental due on brush lease #54l45 would be
$96.00.
Mr. Guy Rudolph appeared and requested an easenent on Fitchburg Av., Irondale for
water line to his residence. The easement was granted upon motion by Lyall Arey,
seconded by George Huntingford.
A. C. Grady appeared relative to the vacation of the plat designated as Portion of
Ocean Grove. A hearing was held on September 17, 1961 and no objections having been
entered, the Order of Vacation was si gned as follows:

and it appearing to the Board of County Conunissioners for Jefferson County, that notice
of the hearing on said application was given by posting for the time. and in the manner
provided by law; no person or persons appearing to object, and the said Petitioner being
the sole owner of all property sough to be vacated,
NOW. THEREFORE, it is by the Board of County Conunissioners for Jefferson County,
State of Washington, in regular session assembled,
ORDERED:
That that PORTION OF THE PLAT OF OCEAN GroVE, Jefferson
County, State of Washington, as per plat recorded in
Book 2, page 109, records of the Auditor's office,
Jefferson County, State of Washington.
be and the same is herebv vacated.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to provide additional funds for partial participation for bank and
road protection for' Flood Control on the Quinault Road, County Road No. 202,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is
hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:
