GEORGE' HUNTINGFORD Member LYALL AREY Member I The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members p~esent. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mrs. Ralp'h Johnson and Mrs. Helmer Johnson and Mrs. G. E. Taylor appeareq from Nordland requ~sting the Road Department to remove dirt from a curve on the No~rdland Road to enable them to plant flowers and beautify.the curve. . , 'l'he Board members proceeded to count the cai:il in the Treasurer's office and found th~ amount of $1,568.78 to be correct for cash on hand in the office. ,The Treasurer's report was signed. ' Mr. Herbert F. Taft appeared before the Board and requested an easement for a well: and pump house located on County property'known as Waterway Place in the official plat of Olele Point, Jefferson County. The Board granted the easement upon motion mude by LY~LL , Arey, seconded. by Geerge Huntingford. EASEMENT FOR WELL, PUMP HOUSE AND WATER LINE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: .
