The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with
members present.

This being the time set for hearing on the vacation of the old Jefferson-Clallam ii
County Road,' Engineer Ed\dn Becker reported that the road is not necessary to the publici:
and is not accessible! and a public hearing will be held FEbruary 51 1962 at lO:O~ 'A. M.;
by motion made by Lya 1 Arey, seconded by George Huntingford. Reso ution No. C-487 I
was signed as follows:

The County 'Road Engineer having filed his report in writing pursuant to Resolution
No. C-485, a~opted December 18, 1961,
BE IT RESOLVED:

day of February, 1962, at the Commissioners' Room in the c.ourthouse, Port Townsend,
liashington, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, and that the County"
Auditor give notice hereof by publication in the PortTownsend Leader, the county official:
newspaper, for t.'lO consecutive \'leeks preceding; said date, and that a copy of such "
notice be poaed for at least twenty days preceding s aid date at each termini of the
portion of the county road proposed to be vacated or abandoned.
