The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commis sioners met in regular sessiQn wi. th
all members present. '
In accordance with notice duly posted and published a hearing was held at 10:00 A. M.,
on the Engineer's report on the vacation of a portion of olq Je~ferson-Clallam County
road in Section ,11, TOWIl'ship '29N., Range 2 W. 11. M. '
No persons appeared against the vacation and the Engineer having recommen.ded that it
be vacated, Resolution No. C-49l \'Ias signed upon motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded by
George Huntingford.

respect to the vacation and abandonment of

beginning at the northe rly boundary of the

west Y. M., extending thence northwesterly
through sections 11, 2 and 3 to the west
line of section 3, township 29 north, range

and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice upon said Engineer's
report has been postrad and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board havwg I
proceeded to consider the report of theEngineer, together with the other evidence adduced'.
