That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 27 North, Range 2 Yest, Y. M., described as follows: Commencing
37.5 feet West of the Quarter corner between Sections 11 and 12, said township
and ranget the~ce North 14045' West 1365 feet along course of the center line of
track of ~ort lownsend Southern Railroad to a point on the North Boundury of the
Southeast Quarter of said Section 11; thence Yest 51.7 feet to a point on the
Westerly Boundary of right of way of said railroad and true point of beginningj
thence West 395 feet along ~orth Boundury of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast
Quarter of Section 11, to a point on the Easterly Boundary of the County Road;
thence South g015' East 546.0 feet along said Easterly Boundary line of County
Road; thence North 75015' E{,\st h62.0 feet to a point on the "Westerly Boundury of ,
said railroad; thence North 14045' Yest 440 feet along said Westerly Boundary to
the true point of beginning; being a tract designated as Tax No.1 in s aid Section
11; EXCEPT right of way granted to the STATE OF ~ASHINGTON for Stute Road No.9.
The lands being herein leased contain a total area of 4.$6 acres, more or less, the
specific details concerning all 'of which are to be found within that certain map of
defin:l.te location now of record 'and 'on file in the office of the Director of High'....ays at
Olympia, and bearing date of approval April 19, 1932, and Revised March 25, 1947.
The right, privilege and permit 'of ingress and egress, by a haul road of sufficient
width to conveniently transport 'said crushed stone and highway materials, is also hereby

owned by said Grantor.

the free and voluntary act and deed of said Jefferson County, Washington, for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned, and each on oath stated that he was authorized to execute
said instrument by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, '
