Monday, March 5, 1962 The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners mat in regular session with all members present. The minutes of the last regular session were read and approved as read. A land &pplication for Kenneth R. Lofthus, 1619 Blaine St., Port Townsend, was approved as follows: , Phillips Add. to Port TO\'Illsend, Lots l-lO-Blk 14. - offered $50.00 Lots 1-12- Blk 10 - " 60.00 Total - $110.00 Upon motion made by Lyall: Arey, seconded by George Huntingford, the salaries of election board officials was raised to $1.25 per hour. Pursuant to a motion made by George Huntin~ford, seconded by Lppll Arey on February 19th granting an easement for a water line in Shold's Addition to John and MIldred E. .. Cowles Shold, the members. of. the Board signed the easement as follows: EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 11 That, in considerution of the premises, the County of Jefferson, a municipal sub- :i division of the State of Washington, acting through and by its Board of County Commissioners, and pursuant to a motion heretofore adopted by said Board, does hereby give and grant to:: John and Mildred E. Cowles Shold, husband and wife, an easement with right to cons tructi and maintain a water line along Randolph Street and Brighton Avenue in Shold's Addition :~ to Hadlock, Jefferson County, state of lIashington, according to the following centerline;: description: Ii Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Randolph Street opposite !i the middle of lot 5, block 3 of said Shold's Additionj thence northerly!, along the easterly side of Randolph Street to the southerly si de of Brighton Avenuej thence e;"sterly along the southerly side of Brighton . Avenue to the easterly line of said Shold's Addition.
