A notice was received from the Department of Natural Resources, stuting that the
County's share of money received from James D. Shaw for sale of timber in SE~m~ and
part NE~ sYk, Sec. 34, T. 28N. R 1 'I., will be $67.20. ' '
A letter was received from the Brinnon Booster Club stating they approve of plans
for a garbage dump site near the Boy S'cout Camp in the Brinnon area.
Application of M. A. Hammers, 908 Roosevelt St., Port Townsend, for County land

A Resolution was submitted to the Bourd by the Justice Court Districting Committee
for Jefferson County making one Justice Court District in ;'.... ..: .lith two Court
Commissioners, one to sit in the West End of Jefferson County and the other to sit at
Quilcene. Motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford that the above
referred to Resolution be acdepted by the Board.
RESOLUTION No. C-493

The Jefferson County Justice Court Districting Committee, established pursuant to
Section 25, of Chapter 299, Laws of 1961 and acting pursuant' thereto, does hereby and
herewith by this Resolution adopt the following plan for the districting of Jefferson
Co~nty into a Justice Court District as follows, to-wit:
1. Jefferson County shall be composed of one Justice Court District, the boundaries
of which shall be co-extensive with the boundaries of Jefferson County, State of Washington.
2. One Justice of the Peace shall be elected in said district, and it shall be a
one Judge district.
3. The location of toe central office courtrooms, and records of the court shall be
at the County Seat Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington.
4. Except for Court Commissioners hereinafter mentioned the Justice Court shall
sit only in ?ort Townsend, Jefferson County, ~ashington.
5. There shall be two Court Commissioners, one to ~1:I.t in the liest End of Jefferson
County, and the other to sit at Quileene, in Jefferson County, Washington.
6. Initially there shall be only one department of the said JUHtiee Court.
7. The name of the said Justice Court District shall be, Jefferson County Justice
Court District.
ADOPTED by the Jefferson County Justice Court Districting Committee this 9th day
of March, 1962.
