The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with
members present.
A notice was received that an application for liquor (E) license was made by
Holland Fred Barrett, d/b/a Rho do-Drona , Resort, Star Route 2, Port Townsend. Approved by
the Board.
Mr. Jack Wright, appeared relative to Ocean Grove #3 plat, and requested April 16,
1962 as a date of hearing on the plat. Motion made by Lrall Arey, seconded by George
Huntingford that a public hearing will be held on April 6, at 10:00 A. M.
The Commissioners proceeded to count the cash in the Treasurer's office and found the
amount of #1,437.93 tc be correct for cash in the office. The Treasurer's report was
signed by BOArd members showing cash on hand .',393.77 as of March 31, 1962.

County Courthouse, Reso1uliion No. C-496 was signed as follow1J setting May 7, 1962 at
10:00 A. M., as the time of hearing.

MIEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of ReW 27.48.010 and ReW 27.48.020, there was
, provided for expenditure from tha Current Expense Fund of Jefferson county during fiscal
1962 the follow! ng:

- Clerk Hire $650.00 and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the offiCli;! budget for the year 1962,

the period of the Century 21 Exposi tion had not been promulgated, and necessi ties arising'
thereunder could not have been foreseen, therefore '
