The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Co~ssioners met in regular session with all
members present.
The Minutes of the last regular session were read ,and approved as read. '
This being the time advertis~ for hearing on the emergency Resolution No. C-496,
and no objections having been entered, the Board granted the emergency and signed Reso-
lution No. C-497 as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 0-497
THIS MATTER came on to ,be heard May 7th 1962, upon action declared by this Board
of County Oommdssionars under Resolution No. 6-496, adopted 4pril 6th, 1962, proof having
been made that due notice haa bean by publication for the time and in the manner provided
by law, and no objection having been made or filed for or against the expenditures con-
templated in the alleged emergency, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency is hereby found and declared to exist requiring
the appropriation for the Current Expense Fund and expenditure during the calendar year
1962 of the following:

In the matter of the Paddock- )
Renier Road (Co. Rd. No. 2-1.65)) Resolution to establish and construct
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY roMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to establish and construct 0.25 miles of new ccunty road by clearing, grubbing, grading,
draining and surfacing; to be known as county road No. 2'~1.65
BE I'l' FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropria ted sums in the followi ng detail:
