BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMl-IISSIONERS STATE OF WASHINGTON
In the matter of County Road l Resolution to improve by
No. 16 (Coyle Road) ) recon~truction.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COONTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to
improve by clea11ng, grubbing, grading, draining and surfacing 0.8 miles of the Coyle
Road from the vicinity of Silent Lake south (Co. Rd. No. 16)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in t he following detail:

Mr. Ed Oman, representing Evans Engine and Equipment Company appeared and offered
.'equipment on a rental-purchase basis. A motion was made by Lyall Arey seconded by
George HUb~ngford for a rental-purChase agreement for one used Euclid 9-7 Scraper, to
be rented Kor a period of 4 Illonths, at which time the purchase of same ~ll be considered.
Cost $l500.0q per month as refltal, 94'" of '&d11ch w111 be applied upon purchase price if '
deemed advisable. Pu:chaseprice to be t16,soo.00.
Bills were examined and approved as follows:

The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with
Commissioners Kruse and Arey present.
For the purpose of improving Coyle Road No. 16, Resolution No. C-499 was signed as
