IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF 'OOUNTY COMMISSIONERS that i't is their intention
to relocate portions of the Nordland Road, County Road NO.4, on Morrowstone Island
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity
and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceerl
thereon as by'law provided.'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with'the
Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this
Board.

A diacussion arose in the matter of the necessity of the enclosure at the front door
of the courthouse. It was agreed not to remove the encloBure at this time, due to
extensi ve repairs that would be necessary to the front doors.

The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in regular session wi th all members
present.
Mr. Julian OeD of Quilcene appeared relative to oysters on County ti de1ando in '
Quilceno Bay. Lyall Arey made a motion, seconded by George HuntlngrQ~d, that oysters
on County tidelands can be purchased by Mr. Oen at 35~ per gallon on Tideland T"x A, Sec.
191 T.. 27 N., R l1f., until January 1, 1963. If the property is sold before that date,
th s agreement will cease.
Notices were received from the State Liquor Control Bo,r~ that BeEF license wi11 be
renewed for Edith Jean Dalgleish and Andrew C. Dalgleish, c b/a Geoducf(Tavern, Brinnon,
'Ifashington. ' .
EF license will be renewed for Luella G. Hamilton and 1iarris Hamilton, d/b/a Hamilton's
