All that portion of the old Stutler Hill road through the West i of the NE~ of Sec. 26} T. 28 N., R. 2 W., Y. M. which was replaced by the construction of the new Stutler Hill road (Lords Lake Road, County Road No.3 0+ under C.R.P. No. log approved June 2, 1952. Also that portion of County Road No. )0 through the NE; of the SW; of Sec. 22, T. 28 N., R. 2 W., W.M. replaced by the construction of C.R.P. 159 approved February 4, 1957. 3. All those portiona of the old Chimacum 1fest Valley road replaced by construction of the present existing road (Co.Rd. No. 22) as follows: Through the Ei of the SEt of Sec. 33 and the 'Wi of the S. of Sec. 34 of T. 29N., R 1 'W., V.M., replaced by C.R.P.,No. 65 LF approved December 8, 1944; T. 29 N., R 1 If., If.M., replaced by C.R.P. No.6, approved Through sections 27 and 34, Nov6m6er, 1938; Through the SEt of Sec. 22, T. 29 N., R 1 W., 1I.M., replaced by Secondary Road Project No. 15, approved June 6, 1935; Through the Et of Sec. 15, T. 29 N., R 1 W., Y.M., replaced by C.R.P. No. 14, approved April 11, 1939. , , 4. All those portions of the old Quilcene-Center road from the west line of theSE~ of the NE~ of Sec. 13, T. 27N., R. 2 W., 1I.M., northerly to the junction of the Griffith and Dabob, roads in the NE~ of the NE; of Sec. 6, T. 27 N., R 1 ~., Y.M., except the Quilcene Garbage Dump Road (Co. RD. NO. 18-2.05); said ~old roads being replaced by C.R.P. No. 133, approved February 11, 1955, and C.R.P. No. 139 approved July 8, 1955. 5. All those portions of the old Griffith road through the NEt of'the NWk of Sec. 29, the SEk of the sWk the wi of the SEk and the s1I1:; of the NEJ.. of Sec. 20 all in T. 28 N., R 1 'W.; W. M., repiaced by ths construction of G.R.P. No. 86, approied Augu~t 5, 1948. Also through the NEk of the SEk arid the SEk of the NE~ of Sec. 17, T~ 28 N., R 1 W., 1I.M., replaced by the c~nstruction of C.R.P. No.,148, approved April 16, 1956. 6. That portion of the Old Garbage Dump Road (Co.Rd. No. 40-6.21) northerly of the Junction with the McMinn Road in Lot 4, Sec. 6, T. 30 N., R 1 Y., 'If.M.j also the branch thereof extending to the easterly portlon of the old dump area. 7. Tha~~ortion of tha old Port Towns6nd-Chima~~m road (Co. Rd. No. 12-0.00) in th9 wi of the Slit of Sec. 21, T. 30 N., R 1 1f., If.M., lyin.g westerly of the right of way of P.S.H. No.9. 8. That portion of the old Townsend-Chimacum Road replaced by the construction of C.R.P. No. 20, approved October 6, 1939, and reconstructed under C.R.P. No. 107 approved " January 18, 1954j from P.S.H. No.9 in the S. of the S. of Sec. 21, T. 30 N':'f R. 1 Y., V.M" southerly to the Fourt Corners-Irondale Road (Co.Rd. 'No. 38) in the S~ of the S~ ' of Sec. 342 T. 30 N., R. 1 W., V.M.j except that portion known as the uDrive-in Theater Ro~d' (Co.ttd. No. 12-0.19). , 9. That portion of the Old Discovery Road (Co.RD. NO. 42-0.43-0.1$) and that portion of the old Arcadia-Cape George Road (co. Rd. No. 42-0.43) from the Jacob Miller Road (Co.Rd. No. 42) in Sec. 16 to junctions with the present Arcadia-Cape.George Road (Co. Rd.No. 98) in Sec. 17, all in T. 30 N., R. 1 V., V.M., both replaced by the construction of C.R.P. No. 92, approved November 8, 1949; excepting platted streets in the Irving Park Addition. 10. The Old Andy Cooper road running along the north boundary of Sec. 27, T. 2~ N., R 1 E., ..M.; from the Teal Lake Road to the plat of Paradise View Estates, including that portion deeded to Jefferson County by 9uget Mill Co., June 20, 1940, and recorded on page 338 of Volume 111 of Deeds, records of Jefferson County, Washington. ' 11. The Harris Road (Co. RD. No. 66) being a portion of old PjS.H. No.9 in Sec. 2 T. 25 N., R. 2 V'l W.lo1., from an intersection with the present P,S.H. No. '9 approximately one-quarter mi e south of the Dosewallips Bridge, running thence northwesterly for approximately four-tenths mile to the old bridge site at the Dosewall:l,ps River. 12. That portion of the Lower Hoh Road (Co.Rd.No. 212) from the north bank of the existing channel of the Hoh River in Lot 5, Sec. 22, T. 26 N., R. 13 W., W.M.; thence southeasterly approximately one-half mile to the old channel of the Hoh River, which is the present channel of Braden Creek at the location of the old Lower Hoh suspenoion bridge. 13. That portion of the old Coyle Hill road from the easterly end of the Broshears Road (Co.Rd.No. 16-3.99-0.89) thenoe easterly and southerly through ..otions 4, 3 and 10 to its junction with the present Coylo ~lad (Co.Rd.No. 16) in the NEk of the NE~ of Seo. 10, all in T. 27 N., R 1 'W., 1I.M. " 14.. Those portions of the old Swansonville road in seotions 5, 8 and 9, T. 28 N., R 1 E., W.M. outside of the right of way of the present road (Co.Rd.No. 90) relocated and replaced by tho construotion of C.R.P. No. 93, approved December 19, 19491 C.R.P. No. 100, approved February 9, 1951; C.R.P. No. 105, appro~ed April! 1952; and C.R.p. No. 145, approved December 9, 1955. Excepting therefrom that port on of said old road adjoining the Swaneonville Garbage Dump~ in the wi of the sWl; dm Soc. 5, T. 28 N., R. 1 E., ..M. 15. Tha:t portion of th~ old Port Ludlow-shine Road in Lot 1, the SE~ of the NWl; and Lot 2 of Seo. 17, T. 28 N., R 1 E., V.M., outside of. the right of way of, the existing r'oad (Co.Rd.
