For the purpose of vacating old County roads, Resolution No. C-505 was signed as
follows :

RESOLUTION NO. C-505
This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report
with respect to the vacation and abandonment of those portions of county roads set forth
in Resolution No. c-502 adopted the 21st day of May, 1962 and it appearing to the Board
of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon sai d Engineer's report has been posted
and published for the time and in the manner provi ded by law, proof of such posting and "
publication being now on f11e herein, and asi4 Board having proceeded to consider the report
of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in tho
premises, does now find and determine '
(1) That thosuportions hereinafter described are not useful as parts of the county
road system;
(2) That the publi c will be benef1 ted by the vacation thereof, NOlf THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY 0;>~ERED that .
" (1) All those portions of the old lfoodman to Chima cum (Anderson Lake) road, inClUding
,'J the Riley Logging roap., through sections 9,10, 15 and 16 T. 29 N.: R. 1V., W. M.;

P. no. 194, approved Oct. 19, 1959, and C.R.P.212, approved Feb. 6, 1961; and excepting
also the approach to the Chimacum Vest Valley Road (Co.Rd. No. 22-5.451
(2) All that portion of County Road No. 30 throu&~ the ~t of the ~k of Sen. 22, T.
28 N.~ R. 2 W., W.M. replaced by the construction of C.R.P. No. 159 approved February
4, 19,7. .
(3) All those portions of the old Chimacum West Valley road replaced by constructiQn
of the present existing road (Co.Rd.No. 22) as follows: Through the Ei of the SEt'
of Sec. 33 and the Wi of the s'ifk of Sec. 34, T. 29 N., R. 1 1f., 1f. M., replaced by'
County Road Project No. 65 LF approved December 8, 1944;
Through sections 27 and 34, T. 29 N., R. 1 V., W. M., repladed by C.R.P. No.6, approved
November, 1938;
Through the sE! of Sec. 22 T. 29 N., R. 1 W., W.M., replaced by Secondary Road Project
No. 15, approved June 6, 1935; I
Through the El of Sec. 15, T. 29 N., R. 1 V., Y.M., replaced by C.R.P. No. 14, apprqved
April 11, 1939.
(4) All those portions of the old Quilcene-Center road from the west line of the SE~
of the NE~ of Sec. 13, T. 27 N., R. 2 Y., 1I.M., northerly to the junction of the
Griffith and Dabob Roads il1 the NE~ of the NEt of Sec. 6, T. 27 N. R. 111. If.M.,
except the Quilcene Garbage Dump Road (Co.Rd,'No. 18-2.05); said oid roads being
replaced by C.R.P. No. 133, approved Feb. 11, 1955 and C.R.P. No. 139 approved July 8,
1955.
(5) All those portions of tha old Griffith road through the NE~ of the NWk of Sec. 29,
the SE~ of the SW~, the ,,~ of tho SE~ and the S~ of the NEt of Sec. 20 all in T. 28
N., R,'11f., 1I.M.; replaced by the construction ofC.R.P. No. 86, approved August 5,

6ranch thereof extending to the eastorlY portion of the old dump area.,
(7) That portion of the old Port Townselld-Chimacum road (Co.Rd.No. 12-0.00) in the"
