Grady appeared regarding the salary of the Jefferson County Justice of the', Peace. The Board fixed the salary at '3,600.00, by Resolution No. C-506, signed as folloWs: RESOLUTION NO. 0-506 The Jefferson County Board of'County Commissioners having heretofore adopted Justice, Court Districting Plan for Jef'terson County, does hereby and herewith fix the salary of the Justice for Jefferson County District in the sum of $3,600.00. , This Resolution was adopted prior to the adoption of the regular budget for Jefferson County for the PUl1'ose of permi tting the Jefferson County Auditor to assess the correct _ and proper filing fee for a declaration of candidacy for the said 0 ffice of Justi ce of the Peace for the said District.
