Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and ap proved as read.

Board members signed Resolution No. C-5l5, granting the vacation of the Plat. Motion i:
made by Lyall Arey, seconded by George Huntingford. ;i

for an order vacat ng the plat, as hereinaiter described, and it appearing that proper ;,
notice of a hearing held on sald petition was given by the Auditor of Jefferson County, il
Washington, and that there are sufficient gr~ounds for the facation of the said plat, now::
therefore, .
BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED that the plat of
J. G. CLINGERS Addition to the City of
Port Townsend, Jefferson county, If. T.,
as the same is recorded in volume 1 of
Plats at page 27, records of said
county, and all of the lots, blocks,
streets, alleys, ways, commons, and any
and all parts thereof,
be and is hereby VACATED, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy hereof be filed in the office of the
County Assessor and County Treasurer of Jefferson county, Washington.

This being the time for hearing on the petition for vacation of that portion of "A"
Street lying between the Southerly boundary of the County Road on the North and the _ ,_
1;lortherly boundary of 3rd ,Street on the South, all lying an,d being in the plat of South
Port Townsend. Glenn AbraQam appeared and there being no objection entered. County En-
gineer Edwin Becker submitted a report that there is no public interost 1n the Street.
Upon motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded by Gsrge Huntingford, the vacation was
granted. Resolution No. C-516,was signed as follows:
