The Preliminary Budgets hav1l'lg been duly fl1ed with the Board of County Commissione~s
on or before September 7, 1962, and with the County Auditor on or before the second Monday
in August, 1962, in aocordance with the provisions of the law, and due notice having beeri
published in the Port Townsend Leader that on the first Monday in October, 1962, the Boa~d
of County 001ll1ll18s10ners t40uld meet for the pUlpose above stated, and after hearl.ng with 11
the various organizations representing taxpayers, and having heard all matters in connec~on
with the Buclgot, it was ordered that tax levies be set as follows and the following budg~~s
approved upon motion made by Lyall Arey'and seconded by George Huntingford, and unanimou~ly
carried, and the Resolution adop1jinS same signed by the members of the Board. The Curre~t
Expense BUdfet in the amount of '187,66;.00, the f1nal Road Budget in amount of $491,042~95,
and the Equ plllent Rental Ilnd Revol~ing ~nd Budget in the amount of $160,500.00. II
