Resolution provi ding for increase in planned total expenditure for capital improvement projttcts. Ihereas, under the terms of pUblic Law 87-658, approved September 14, 1962, the United States of America has authorized the making of grants to aid in financing construction of specific public works projectsi provided the proposed or planned total expenditure of the public body for its capita improvement projects is increased by an amount approximat.ely equal to the non-federal funds required to complete such public works projects: Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Board of County Commissioners 1. That as of the date of filing Qf an application by Jefferson County, State of Wash. ihereafter called Applicant) with the Housing and Home Finance Agency, United States , Government, for a grant to aid in financing the construction of Tower Creek Brid?e the Applicant had,a capital improvements plan or capital improvement budget for the iscal year or years during which construction of the proposed project is expected to occur; I and that the total expenditure for capital improvements in said plan or budget was $173,996.66 for the fiscal year ending 12-31-62 and $159,545.61 for the fiscal year ending 12-31-63. :i I' 2. That, in the event that said Federal grant is approved by the United States of Ii Americal said capital improvements plan or capital bu!;iget will be ( is hereby) increasedJ by $11 ~50.00 for the fiscal year ending 12-3162 and t for the fiscal year ending ~ l2-316~ for a total increase of $11,250.00 in the proposed or-planned total expenditure ii for capital improvement projects, (exclusive of Federal funds). ,i Ii 3.
