The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session members present. Mr. W. B. Maxwell appeared and presented the plat of Cape George Colony, Division No.5. The Engineering having approved the plat, it was accepted by the Board. ResolttGion No. C-52; was signed as follows: RESOLUTION NO. C-525 I A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, di stributing and allocating Federal Forest. Reserve monies received by Jefferson County in the calendar year 1962. WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum of Ii $.391,7a4.20 from the State Audi tor of the State of Washington, representing this county 'i~ distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve revenues apportioned by the U. S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar year 1961, and pursuant to the statute of the State 'il of WashDggton in such cases made and provi ded, it is now the duty of this Board of Countt Commissioners to make proper disposi tion:,hbreof, and, it WHEREAS I this Board of County Commissioners has given careful consi deration!! to the needs of the county roaq. system, and to the needs of the several school districts:! of Jefferson County and their necessary administrative requirements, now, therefore, i: . This being the time set for hearing on Resolution No. C-5l8 for the emergency ex- penditure of $20,250.00 in Current Expense Fund for the County's share of the cost of installing an elevator in the Courthouse, and of $2.3,500.00 in the County Road Fund for the installation of Snow Creek Bridge and Tower Creek Bridge and no persons appearing objecting to the above expenditures, Lyall Arey made a motion approving same, seconded by George Huntingford.
