Ronday, January 7, 1963 The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members present. , Minutts of the last regular meeting were. read and approved as read. This being the time set for hearing on the vacation of a portion of County Road No. 2-0.14, lying between Tax No. 10 and Tax No. 25 in Sec. 8 of Township 29Nortb. Range 1 E, If. M.~ Mr. Glenn Abraham appeared with petitioners A. G. Vorlund and Alice Payne. .. ubjections were filed by tho Hordland COll1lllUnity Club to the closure of access to th~ Boach. Mr. Stanley Lybeck and Mr. George Taylor represented the Community Club. Engineer Bdwin Becker's report was filed. Due to legal matters to be investigated, this matter : was postponed to February 4, 1963 at 10:30 A.M., by motion made by Lyall Arey, seconded · by George Huntingford. Notices were received from the Department of Natural Resources stating the County's share of money received from the sale of timer iD as follows: ' D. The members of the Board proceeded to the Treasurer's office and counted cash and found the amount of $890.57 as correct for cash on hand. The ,Treasurer's report was signed. " The ~unt of $2,397.62 was correct for cash ~n the office on December 31, 1962. ' :i For the purpose of reconstruction of a bridge over Tower Creek - Resolution No. 0-532. was signed a s follows: I RESOLUTION NO. 0-532 COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 241 - BEFORE ,THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY C OMMrSSIONERI STATE OF WASHINGTON In the matter of County Road No.) Resolution to improve by reconstructing 216 (Upper Hoh Road) ) bridge over Tower Creek IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to design and locate a reinforced concrete bridge across Tower Creek to replace the existing defective log stringer bridge.
