BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMPaSSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON
In the matter of County Road No.) Resolution to improve by reconstructint
34 (Vest Uncas Road) ) bridge over Snow Creek

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUN'lY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to design a nd locate a reinforced concrete bridge across Snow Creek to replace the
existing inadequate timber trestle
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and
the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon
as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by daI-labor in accordance with the
Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of ~le State of Washington as adopted by this
Board.

The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commdssioner met in special session with
Commissioners Walt9r A. Kelly and George Huntingford present. The elective officers
were sworn in by the Honorable Judge Max Church in th& Superior Court room. Officers
sworn in were Commissioners Walter A. Kelly, Auditor Helen J. Eads Clerk Isab~~ Kidd,
Treasurer Arthur Swanson, Justic9 ~f the Peace A. O. Grady, Sbe~ifr Robert L. Hansen,
Assessor Jamss Sofie, Prosecuting Attorney William J. Baly.
The meeting was reconvened and the Board was reorganized with Lyall Arey being
selected as Ohairman by motion made by George Huntingford, seconded by Walter A. Kelly.

all members present.
