The Honorable Board ot Jefferson County Col'lllll1ssioners met in regular sessioli ~~.!:I all members present. This being the time set for report of the County Auditor on the sufficiency of a petition to form a Water District in Paradise View Estates; the Auditor's report ot sufficiency was presented to the Board and upon motion made br George Huntingtord, seconded by Walter A. Kelly, a hearing will be held April 1, 963 at 11:00 A. M., atter; due noti ce of hearing being given. Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. A call for bids for sale of one Letourneau Earth Scraper was made for March lS, 1963 at 11:00 A. M. , A petition for vacation of the Plat of Roseville Addition to Quilcene, was presented Signed by Harold Pederson, Ruby Pederson, Walter Pederson and Janet Pederson. Friday, April 5, 1963 at 10:00 A. M., was fixed tor the time of hearing petition. A. C. Grady appeared and presented Resolution;. No. C-536 fixini the amount of a blanket bond to cover all the Court employees ot Jefferson County Justice Court District, ~s follows: I RESOLUTION NO. 0-536 I BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to provisions of R. C. W. 3.34.090 'the bond of the Justice of the Peace pro tempore Justice Court Commissioners, and all court employees ot the Jefferson County Justi ce Distr1ctCourt shall furnish bond in customary form, provided, however, that the gross thereof shall be fixed at the sum of $2500.QO, and ~he same may!;be in blanket form or individual bonds in the sum of $:1;,,000.00 each.
