In the matter ot, Chima cum-Townsend ~
Road (Co. Rd. No. 12) and Ch1macum- Resolution to resurface with Asphalt
Center Road (Co. Rd. No. 18) .' Concrete Pavement Class "F"
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY OOMMISSIONEIlS that it is their intention
to construct a 2-inch overlay of Asphalt Concrete Pavement on 5.10 miles of the
Chima cum-Townsend Road and 1.00 mile of the Chimacum-Center Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED 'JlIAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:

and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed
thereon as by law provided.

Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the Stiate of Washington as adopted by this
Board.

TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS
TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK

Before the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington.
It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of
Highways is authorized and directed to make expenditures as are neceosary from available
state funds for and on behalf of the County of Jefferson to the extent of six hundred
"dollars and no cents (.600.00) as a part of the Oounty' B participating shara and costs
! in the above mentioned pro,ject. ' .
. to the amount of Six hundred and no cents ($600.00) Dollars, being an amount not in excess
: of tho amount of money now credited or reasonably anticipated to acorue to Jefferson County
'in the Motor Vehiole Fund during the 1961-1963 bhnniwn, and '
Authorization i5 hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel tax .
revenues to Jefferson County, from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in excoss of the
above specified sum, for the use of the Diroctor of Highways to defray the costs incurred!
in the performance of the aforesaid requested work and upon completion of the aforosaid
,work, a statement having been furni6hed Jefferson 60unty ot the cost of all labor, equip-
'ment, material, oupplio~l and engineering, authorization is made to effect reimbursement
'ii to tne Department of Hignways in the amount of such cost from the funds withhold, however
,not to exceed tho above specifled sum with any unexpended balanoo to be released to
IJefferson County and to be inoluded in the noxt sucoeeding warrant covering rue1 tax
iallotments, all in aocordance with ROW 47.Ott.080.
