I Monday, March 18, 1963 The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all members present. " Col. F. W. McIlroy and Julian Oen appeared relative to purChase of County property by the Port of Port Townsend for a "Y" Haven Project. ' ' Due to the fact that Paul Jaffarian has failed to meet installments on County Contracts as reported by Arthur Swanson, Jefferson County Treasurerl the Boa~d has auth- orized cancellation of contracts as per Resolution No. C-5~1 as fol ows: RESOLUTION NO. C-5~1 I It appearing to the Board of County Commissioners from documentation delivered to it by the County Treasurer that one Paul Jaffarian has failed to meet installments due on ' the County contracts hereinafter listed and has f ailed to pay the taxes assessed against the lands and premises in said oontracts described, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED and said County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to proceed ' and effectuate the forfeiture and cancellation of all thereof. The contracts referred to herein are more particularly described as follows: Real Estate Contradt No. 739 Lots 7 to 9 inc. in Block 5 of Junction City. Real Estate Contract No. 740 Lots 10-11 & l~ in Block 5 of Junction City. R~al Estats Contraet No. 741 Lots 1 to 4 inc. in Block 11 of Junction City. Real Estate Contract No. 742 Lots 7 to 12 inc. in Block 13 of Junction City. Real Estate Contract No. 743 Lots 1 to 4 inc. in Block 13 of Junction City. Real Estate Contracts No. 744 Lots 7 to 12 inc. in Block 11 of Junction City. Real Estate Contracts No. 745 Lots 1 to 6 inc. in Block 14 of Junction City. Real Estate Contradt No. 746 Lots 7 to 12 inc. in Block 15 of Junction City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy hereof be filed in the offi ce of th e County Assessor. LY ALL AREY Chairman . I .
