For the purpose of holding a public hoaring on the petit.:!,on for the formation
of a.Water District in Paradise View Estates on April 5, 1963, Resolution No. C-544
was signed as follows:

RESOLUTION NO. 0-544
WHEREAS, a petition has been transmitted by the County Auditor to the Board 'of
County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for the formation of a water district
within .the hereinafter described boundarles, and the County Auditor has transmitted a .
certificate of sufficiency of the persons signing said petition are qualified, registered
electors residing.wi thin the boundari es of said area, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the petition that such will be conducive to the public health,
convenience and welfare, and will be of benefit to the property included in such district.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that a public hearing shall be held at the Commissioners'
· ROOM!, in the Courthouse, Port Townsend; Washington, on the 5th day of April, 1963, at . .
10:Ou A. M., regarding the formation of a water district with the following described'
boundari as:

Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, S', I, J, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,6,' .
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Plat of Paradise View
Estates, as per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page 8, records
of Jefferson County, Washington.
