IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF OOUNTY OOMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to improve a.53 miles of existing gravel surfaced roads by constructing a Bituminous
Surface Treatment (Schedule A) thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the fbregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
appropriated sums in the following detail:
