Mr. Stanley Mackey of the State Highway Dept. appeared and k"equested a right of way III
for State Highway 9-E, BX'own"s Lake to South Point Road. ' , 1
Resolution No. C-551 was, aigned for the Execution of a Quit-Claim need to the State Ii
of Washington giving title to the State to portions of County Road rights of way lying II
wi thin the limits of said State Highway. An Bgt'eemant was also signed for a detour road I,
No. 9-E, Shine Junction to Brown's Lake to be built by the State. II
