the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to report and proceed thereon
as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by daLlabor in accordance with the
Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of llashington as adopted by this
Board.

A petition was recei ved fur a Herd Di strict to be formed :l.n Sections 32, 33, 34,
and 35 Township 26 N., R 1 W., W. M., signed by 30 residents of the Coyle area.
A motion was made by Walter Kelly, seconded by George Huntingford, that all of
Eastern Jeffersoh County not previously made Herd Districts, will be made into a Herd
District. July 15th was set for hearing.

Mr. Eugene Forest and P~. Norman C. Lyle appeared before the Board with thp. request
that permission be granted for laying temporary pipe on Coul).ty Roads in Paradise Bay,
and Paradise, View Estates for development of temporary water system. Temporary permissiQn
was granted for same.
No further business appearing before the Board, the members recessed, to meet in
regular session Monday, July 1, 1963.
A right of way entry was granted to the Army for that portion of the northeast
quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 29 Nort.h, Range 1 East of the
Willamette Meridian, lying west of the existing Port Townsend-Oalc Bay dredged channel,
for jetty repa! r, insteJ.la tion and ,acti vi ty.
