RESOLUTION NO. 0-556
PURSUAIT to Findings and Recommendation of the Division of Municipal Corporations
of the State of Washington, as reflected in the last examination of the records and
affairs of Jefferson County State of WaShington,
BE IT RESOLVED and undel." the authority vested by ROW 36.37.040, the Treasurer of
Jefferson County be and he is hereby directed, authorized and empowered to forth\"tith
transfer from the CURRENT EXPENSE FUND of said county to a new fund to be known and "
designated as OOUNTY FAm ASSOCIATION, REVOLVING FUND, the sum of $2,000.00, and to honor
checks drawn on such Revolving Fund 'py the authorized officers of sald Association, not ':
exceeding said amount of $2,000.00, ,and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon receipt 'py Jefferson County of allocation from
the State Fair Fund under the provisions of RCW 15.76, said Treasurer shall first
deduct from such remittance said sum, of $2,000.00 and credit the same to the said
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall remain in force and effect, and
continue from year to year, until revoked.
ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 1963.
