The Honorable Board of J~fferson County Commissioners met in regular session with
Commissioners Lyall Arey and Walter Kelly present. Commissioner Huntingford attended a'
Dis tri ct Commissioners' meet! ng at Port Angeles.
A call for bids wa~,;nade for one dump truck, 43,000 lbs. and for 1 dump trock,17,OOO
lbs, and one 3/4 ton p4~up truck. Bids will be opened October 7th, 1963 at 11:00 A. M. ;!

The Commissioners met with several County officials regarding the 1964 budget. .
Recess at 4:00 p.m.

The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with all members
pres,ent.
Madrona Vista, 1st Add! tion Plat was prelrent ed by Don Churchill. This was the date
set for hearing on August 19th. No objections having been entered, Mr. Churchill was
au thorized to proceed '(/'ith the Plat. This matter is set for hearing October 7, 1963.

The Board WaS notified that the correct amount of Federal Forest funds that will be
received for 1964 will be $399,011.56. The previous. figures were incorrect.
A letter was rece:L ved from Stanton Carter at Longview in appreciation of repair work
done on the road at South Point and stressing the good quality of the work performed.
For the purpose of improving County Road No. 4, Nordland Road, Resolution No. C-558
was signed as follows, appropriating $12,000.00: '
