Resolution No. C-559 was signed as follows:

This Board of County Commissi oners having been informed by SOUIlces considered i!
authori tati ve and reliable, that in the event it forthwi th directs the location of a road:
or highway within its boundaries, ~2Z: from a point on the Coyle road (Jefferson County Ii
No. 16), a distance of approximately 1.0 mile s to Ze1atched Point; perform the necessary Ii
preliminary engineering incident thereto; adopt plans and specifications consonant there..;.\1
with; work up an estimate of construction costs; and, if the same meets with the approval
of, and the standards set by the Highway Department of the State of Washington and the ii
United States Bureau of Public Roads, the Highway Department of the State of Washington, !!
will at the expense of the State, proceed to acquire the necessary Right of Way in the !i
name of Jefferson County, and when right of way has been acquired, call for bids upon.
