IT IS REREiY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF. OOUNTY OJMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to'improve 0.3S miles of the Oak Bay road in section 7, T. 29 N., R. 1 E.,
W. M., by clearing, grubbing, grading, draining and sux-facing with screened gravel.

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and
the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon
as by law provided.
BE IT FURTtlER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by clay labor in accordance with
the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State 01: Washington as adopted by
this Board.
