The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with al~
members present. :!
An agreement was signed between the Highway Department and the County for the. Defens~ ~
Access Road to the U. S. Naval Range Computer Station at Ze1atched Point - Project No. Ii
N-AD-36(1). !,
Mr. A. R. Maris of Forks, Washington, appeared at the hearing on the Lumsden's Hoh 1,,/,'
Plat on NWk SE~j NEkswk and Gov. Lot 9 south of Present Highway 101, Sec. 23, T.26 N, .
R. 13 West. This ''las advertised for this date. Engineer Ed\\in Becker, Sanitarian Don 'I
Morrison and Assessor Jar;.es Sofie were all present at the hearing. The Board, upon motior
of Walter Kelly, seconded by George Huntingford, agreed that the work can proceed on the "
plat, subject to certain restrictaons concerning the well and sewage disposal, which were'
discussed. il

to the Port of Port Townsend for the unpaid taxes and interest due thereon:'
RESOLUTION NO. C-566
Pursuant to the provisions of Rew 84.64.320,
BE IT RESOLVED that the tax foreclosed property described on the attached sheet,
marked Exhib:f.t "A" and made a part hereof, be and the s ame is hereby ordered struck off ,
and disposed of to the Port of Port Townsend, a Municipal Corporation, and the County Ii
Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and empowered, upon receipt by him of the amoun~:
of unpaid taxes and interest for which said property was foreclosed, to make, execute anq
deli ver to sai d Port of Port Townsend, his Deed to said property, and the whole thereof. !:
