The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commissioners met in regular session with all Ii

}!.inutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read. ' i!
11:00 A. M. This being the time advertised for hearing on the abandonment .of the 01dii
Mount Walker Road, no objections having been entered, it. was decided to abandon the old ii
road upon motion made by George Hunting ford, seconded by Walter Kelly and unanimously iI
carl'ied. Affida.vit of posting of Edwin C. Becker on file. Resolution No. 0-568 was signed

This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the Engineer's Report with respect \i
to the vacati on and abandonment of i!
That portion of the existing county road known as the "Old Mount Walker County Road"~
established May 4, Q892, and the right of way therefor, being a strip of land thirty (30) il
feat in width and aoproximately 0.95 of a mile in 1ene;th, which lies within the NW~ of I!
the NEk I the ISouth 1 of~he NE; and the NE~ of the SE; of Sectio n 11, the SW~ of the NW~ n
and the NW; of the SW; of' Section 12, all in Township. 26 North, Range 2 West, W. M., . ii

and it appearing to tl1e Board of County Commissioners that notice upon said Engineer's Ii
Report has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, . Ii
proof of such posting and pu.blication being now on file herein, 8I1d said Board having Ii
proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduce~,
and being fully advised in the premises, doe s now find and determine 1:
(1) That that portion of the herein described is not useful as a part of the county Ii
road system j 1:.1.
