examine these bids carefully and make a report to the Board at 1:30 p.m. i
At 1:.30 p.m., after ch11y considering all bids received, a motion was made bY,'

accepted :l.n the amount of $Of%5.00 plus sales tax $277.g0, totalling $7,222.00 for one I

A motion mado by Walter A. Kelly, seconded by George Huntingford, that the members ~f
the road crew be allowad an gcent par hour increase and $15.00 per month for the month 1 I
salaried personnel.
The members of the Board proceeded to the 'l'reasurorl s 0 ffice and county cash. The I
amount of $5a7.90 was found to be correct for cash in the office. The members signed
the Treasurer's report shot'ling caoo on hand December 31, 196.3 as $3,074.27. I'
