unless the County of Jefferson will agree to refrain from permitting encroachment upon ,I
the right of way of said a60ve-mentioned road, and until and unless the County of Jeffer~on
WILL AGREE to refrain from passing resolutions affecting the free flow of traffic on sa$d
above-mentioned road or that will give preference to local routes 'llhich intersect with said
road, other than by the erection or installation of "slow" and/or "caution" signs or signals,
or that will unr~asonably hinder or delay traffic on said above-mentioned road, and until and
unless the County of Jl3ffer~ \1111 agree,rby suitable resolution, to adopt the grades of
the improvement as the g radias of the county road that is involved, and agree to protect :\
the State of Washington against any and all claims fur damages on account of any manges i;of
grades and the construction of this improvement, am until an:!. unless the County of Jefferson
will agree to maintain said improvement within the limits of the County of Jeffersonaf17er

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County
that for an in consideration of the Department of Highways of the State of Washington and !,
the Bureau of'Public Roads of the -Department of Commerce of the United State of America
constructing said road and routing traffic on same over and across
Lot 1, Section 32j the III NW;NW;, the SW;NW; the SE;
NW;, the NE~SW~ and the NW;SE~ of Section 33j all
in township- 26 north, range 1 west, W. ,M. :
Jefferson County hereby agrees with -the Department of Highways of the State of Washington

A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO THE PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND, IN
CONSIDER.ATION OF THE PAYMEN'f OF $125.00 CERTAIN COUNTY O\ofNED
LANDS.

The Board of County Commissioners, in regular session assembled, do here and hereby
RESOLVE, as follows:
Section 1. That the Coun'cy of Jefferson shall, for a consideration of $125.00,
fox' dim thooiiVey to the Port of Port Townsend, a municipal corporation, county-owned
located in Jefferson County, Washington, and described as follows:
Lots 6 to 12~ inclusive, in Block 6j
Lots 14 to 10 inclusive, in Block OJ
Lot 7 in Block 7; and Lots 9, 10, 23, 25 and 29 in Block 7;
all of the foregoing lying and being in the Railroad Additlon
to the City of Port Townsendj
AND
Loto l~ to 6, inclusive, Lots 10 to 12 inclusive, and
Lota l4 and' 15, in Block a of the Railroad Additlon to
the City of Port Townsend;
AND
Lot 1/+ i~l Block 10 of theEisenbeis Addition to the City

Section 2. That the Treasurer of Jefferson County is here and hereby authorized and:1
