a special elect,ion on May 26th for the formation of a Water Distriot.

The Honol."able Board of Jaffer80n County Commissioners met in regular sesaion
with all memb~rs present. .
Minutes of 'the last. regv.lar meeting were read and approved as read.
Mr. Eugene Foreat appear-ed relati va to an easement fur a water line' from the
State Highway north along Main Street to Lot 2 in Block 8 in the plat of Bellevue,
Seat'i on 29, Township 25 North. Rand 2 W. of Wlllamette Meridian. The easement \'as
granted upon motion made by G00rge Huntlngford, seconded by Walter A. Kelly, and
signed as follows:

EASEMENl'
This agreement made and entered into this 6th d~ of April, 1964, by and between
the County Commissioners or Jefferson County, Washington, party of the fi rst part, and
H. E. Hughes, party of tho second part.
WHEREAS the party of tho second part desires to install a water line in the Plat
of Bileview lddition, fur the purpose of f\lrnishing domestic water to c erta1n residents
in that locality, and the County Commissioners of Jefferson County are willing that this
water line be installed,
NOW, THEREFORE~ it is agreed as follows:
That party of the first part does hereby grant the party of the second part per-
mission to install said water line from the State Highway north along Main Street to
Lot 2 in Bloc-It g in the Plat ibf Belleview Addition, all being in Section 29, Township I
25 North, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridican, Jefferson County, State of Washington.
Pa.rty ot the s9cond part hereby agrees to hold and save the said party of the first
per't harmless from any and all damages ari sing from the use 0 l' the "right, easeme nt, and:'
right of way herein grantede'
To have and to hold the said easement, riE1lt, and right of way unto the party of
the second part, his successors, or assigns, fur a period of fifty years.
