Ruedlp QUllcene, appeared and requested vacation of Hi~way at the old Bridge near
the '~Bh Hatchery.
Mr. George Huntingford, lIIade a motion, seconded by Waltar A. Kelly to vacate this
road to enable the enlargEll\ent of the hatcheries. This will be advertised and set for
hearing May 4 1964 at 10:00 A. M. .
Mr. Roy Nordby end Mr. Ralph Johnson appeared relati ve to the Nordland Road _
East Beach. The Eng1.neer will contact Mr. John W. Hansen and Robert E. and Ronald C.
Hansen concEtrning the closure of the rood to Mystery Bay. The Community Club do es no t
want thi s road closed. No a otion taken as ye t. .
A notice was. i'eceived from the Dept. of Natural Resources, stating tfle. Coun~'s
share ofinoney received for Eer1tal due on the Ollie Stamper Brush leuse will ba $88.00.

In the matter of the proposed Plat of Olympic Canal Addition No.6, May 4, 1963
at 11:00 A. M., was fixed for hearing.
The Board diacussed the matter of holidays falling on Saturday and in accordance with
an opinion of the Attorney General based on ROW 36.16.100, a motion was made by Walter I
A. Kelly, seconded by George Huntingford, that when holidays full on Saturday, Friday

For the purpose of improving by relocation, Coyle Road No. 16, Resolution No.
C-585 for $15,000.00 was signed as follows:

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY '!liE BOARD OF COJNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention
to improve County Road No. 16 (Coyle Road) by clearing, grubbing, grading, draining
and surfacing 1.03 miles of new location.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED 'mAT fur the foregoing proper cwnty road purpose there is hereby
appropriated alms in the 1bllowing detail:
