M., westerly to Spencer Creed in Lot 2, Sec. 13, T. 2l N., R :~ W., W. M. in Jefferson County, Washington, , PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the grantee agrees to furnish and install galvanized or plastic pipe to be buried not less than 14 inches underground and to be located along the shoulder.! 'pf the road beyond the edge of the surfaced traffic lane and to keep it in repair at all, .~imes and further agrees that at any time it shall be necessary the grantee will remove and replace said pipe at his own expense in accordance wi th county oonstruction procedures. !
