to vacate and abandon said roads, and be it,

!i, report his opinion as to whether these county roads should be vacated and abandoned; whether
Ii aither is in use or has been in use; the ccnditions thereof, and mether it will be advi~~-
I' able to preserve said roads for the county road system in the future; Wlether the publiC Ii
'I'. will be benef'i ted by the proposed abandonment, and all other facts, matters and things which

The Honorable Board of Jefferson County Commi ssioners met in regular session wi th
all members present. .
After conferring with the Engineer, the Board members proceeded to Marrowstorie Island
to vie\'i the con struatioh \'o'Ork on the County Road and Illao inspected East Beuch Park and ..
i found Rest Rooms in poor oondition.
Several County residents appeared in the afternoon~ discussing various items of
I: business con cerning the Board of Commissioners.
