Ii This being the time set for hearing on t.he abandonment of certain County roads the' report of the County Engineer was read, and affidav1 t of posting notices by Harvey S. I!' ChI'istian noted. . !I Mr. Philip Copps appeared, representing Puget Sound Power & Light Company. il All l'oads to be abandoned were oonsidered individually. A motfon was made by Walter A. Kelly, seconded by George Huntingford, that roads be abandoned with the following Ii corrections - Item #9 - Chimacum-Qullcene Road in th e N W ~ of the SE~ Sec. 3, T. 28N., ii R 1 W., W. M. lying East of the r.l.gh t of way of present location of County Road No. 18 and State Hiway No. 10#, and Item #11 - deleted and not abandoned~ Resolution No. C-594 I: was signed as follows: Ii I'i :1 'i This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report :i with respect to the vacation and abandonment of those portions of County roads set forth II in Resolution No. C-593 adopted the 4th day of May, 1964, and it appearing to the I' Board of County Commis;1oners tha't notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has beea posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such postiM and publication being now on file together with the other evidence adduced, and being "i fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine Ii ,\ (1) That those portions hereinafter described are not useful as parts of the county! road system: ;i ii thereof; NOW THEREFORE BE IT II i) :!
