Minutes of the last regular me eting were road and ap proved as read. Ii
Mr, Maurice Anderson and Mr. Hugh Goldsmith appeared relative to o.uil~ene River ,[
Tracts. Upon motion made by George Hunting ford , seconded by Wilter A. Kelly, Mr. AndeI'sdh
was given permission to proceod wlth the Plat. No objections were received. Ii
Mr. Joe Busch appeared relative to Bridgehaven Plat 113. November 16 at 11:00 A. M.,"

and prusuant to a motion heretofore adopted by said Board, does hereby give and grant to Ii

An. easement for a water line was signed by the chairman of the Board for Ted C.
Raudebaugh and Elizabeth Raudebaugh. This is to construct and maintain a water line
across Merridith Street of Shine Plat (Beginning at a point 13.8 ft. south of the N.
comer of Block 2, th~nce East 60 feet across Merridith St., to the West line of lot
Block 1 of Shine Plat.)
