That the Treasurer of Jeffers on County, in his official capacity be and he is
hereby authorized to commence action seeking reco'lery on the face of the d1eck. .

December 21st at 11:00 A. M., was set as the date of opening bids for gasoline,
diesel and stove oil for Jefferson County for 1965.
Mr. John Hieber and Mr. Bob Roed appeared in reference to the Plat of Bh'dge haven II
Di vision #3. "
The County Engineer recommended that the Plat be temporarily accepted, contingent I!
upon the filing of a maintenance bond in the amount of $1,500.00. Motion made by George:
Huntingford, seconded by \'lalter Kelly, that the plat be accepted tentatively upon the !;
recommendate of the County Engineer. I,

Upon recommendatimof the Prosecuting Attorney the Board dire cted that no licenses
or stamps be .sold for punch board, pinball machines., etcs. until there is some legal
clarification as to how the matter will be handled due to the vote given Referendum No.
34 in the State.
No further business appearing, the Board manbcrs adjourned to meet in regular
session on Monday, December 7, 1964.
